Let's Clean

When you have made the decision to have STEAM TEAM clean your carpets or upholstery, give us a call. It is a good idea to have a time frame in mind of what day(s) you would like and if you prefer morning(s) or afternoons(s). We will try to work with your schedule the best we can.

Once you are scheduled, move any small items off the areas you want to be cleaned. Remove anything sitting on top of or inside of any furniture if you want it moved. Any furniture we move will be put back in place with protective pads or blocks underneath it. If you are having upholstery cleaned, clear the area around it. Please do not try to clean up any spots or stains before we get there. Let us do the work!

When we arrive, show us the areas that are concerning. Ask any questions that you wish. We will set up our wands and run our cleaning hoses. We will start at the furthest point from your entryway. Our superior equipment allows us to run two cleaning wands for most jobs. After cleaning, we will apply Scotchgard or Enzyme Deodorizer if you wish, and answer any other questions you may have.

Now you can relax and enjoy your freshly cleaned carpets and upholstery.
